Terms and Conditions (Scratch Card)

This Bajaj Almond Drops Hair Oil scratch scan and win Offer (the "Offer") is subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms") which are available on the website –www.bajajadhorewards.comand is carried out by Bajaj Consumer Care Limited(here in after the "Organizer").

1. This a limited period scratch, scan and win offer sponsored and launched by the Organizer for Bajaj Almond Drops Hair Oil and shall be valid from 1/02/2025 to 31/03/2025 only for selected trade partners such as Wholesalers, Sub Stockiest etc. of 18 years of age or above (“Participants”) across all states of India in the as categorized by the Organizer (except the State of Tamil Nadu), who have purchased Bajaj Almond Drops Hair Oil (Sachet Only) from the Organizer only.
2. The Participants purchasing 2 cases and above of Bajaj Almond Drops Hair Oil from the Organizer will be eligible to receive one scratch card voucher (“Voucher”) which will contain 6 digit unique code (“Code”) which when successfully validated gives the Participants a minimum cashback amount of Rs.70 and it may go up to maximum Rs.10000.
3. To participate and further to claim the cashback amount, such Participants need to scan the QR Code provided on the Voucher which will direct them to a form requiring them to input details like name, number, outlet code, etc. No change in details will be entertained once the Participants have submitted the details. Then the Participants shall scratch and enter the Code given on the Voucher and click on ‘Redeem now’.
4. After submitting the Code, the Participants need not submit the physical scratch card to the Organizer except as mentioned hereinafter.
5. If any problem arises then Participants shall have to submit the complete Voucher to the registered office of the Organizer at its own expense and keep the copy of the same safe with him/her for further use.
6. After submitting the Code, the Participants will get to know the amount he/she has won and will also receive an option of choosing his/her desired mode of redeeming the amount. Post selection of one of the available modes, the cashback shall be received shortly.
7. By virtue of agreeing to participate or merely by way of participation, the Participants provides his/her consent to share certain personal information viz. name, mobile number, etc. as may be requested by the Organizer to provide the cashback.
8. A maximum of 5 Vouchers can be used per person, per Mobile Number, per email ID and per account during the entire promotion period.
9. The cashbacks to the Participants shall be given subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations and laws, processes, and formalities in connection with the cashbacks.
10. Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the cashbacks or to exclude or disqualify any person from the Offer in the event of failure or breach or non-adherence of these T&Cs.
11. Participation in the offer is completely voluntary and is a decision only based on the Participant’s own conscience. By scratching the Voucher and availing the cashback, the Participants acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
12. Apart from the cashbacks, the Participants or their legal heirs/ successors/representatives shall have no other rights or claims against the Organizer and the Organizer’s liability in contract, tort or otherwise (including negligence) howsoever arising “out of” or “in connection” with the UPI cashbacks shall not in any manner exceed, in total, regardless of the number of claims, in respect of all matters, a maximum of the value of cashback.
13. Organizers accept no responsibility for lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, loss of SMS, loss of internet connectivity, lot number, documents, demand drafts, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. Organizer shall not be liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
14. Organizer shall under no circumstances be liable, whether jointly or severally, for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss), including for personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained, as a result of acceptance of opportunity to win the cashback.
15. Employees of the Bajaj Consumer Care Limited, promo organizers, and their families shall not participate in this Offer. Participation in the competition is free.
16. This Offer is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Organizer ("Force Majeure Event"). Organizer shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the Participants in the Offer.
17. The Organizer reserves its right to amend the Terms of the Offer and/or extend the validity period and/or cancel/ discontinue the Offer or any part thereof without giving any reasons or a prior notice therefore. It will be responsibility of the Participants to keep themselves apprised of the same.
18. Bajaj shall not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation. All Customers who participate hereby agree and give express consent to Bajaj for the Offer that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do not disturb), Bajaj, will have the valid authority to call or send SMS and/or email such shortlisted participants, by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Offer.
19. The courts of competent jurisdiction at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with the Offer. Participation in the Offer is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including (without limitation) this clause.

Terms and Conditions ( Lucky draw)

1. This is a limited-period contest sponsored and launched by The Organizer - Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd. (”Bajaj) specifically from the period -1st Febuary 2025 till 31st March 2025.
2. Please read the terms and conditions (T&Cs) before participating in the contest. You agree that by participating in the contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge you satisfy all contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
3. The prize is personal to the winner, unique, non-transferable and irreplaceable, so it may not require the exchange it for any other good or for cash or any type of service, although the Organizer reserves the right to change the prize for another of equal or greater value in the event of failure to deliver the prize of this Contest for any reason.
4. The winner shall be responsible for complying with the registration process, related formalities and production of any /all such documents/information as may be required by the Organizer or authorities in connection with the prize. Winners in Gold & Platinum Club will have to provide their PAN Card to be eligible for the Lucky Draw Gift (As per Section 194R of the Income Tax Act).
5. Eligibility: This contest is exclusively open to authorized Bajaj Almond Drops Hair Oil to dealers.
6. Prizes: Prizes offered during this contest are subject to availability and may vary. Winners will be entitled to the specified prizes as determined by Bajaj.
7. Coupon Redemption: To participate, dealers must submit their filled coupons to Bajaj’s micro-site for participation. Bajaj reserves the right to validate entries and ensure compliance with the rules.
8. Prize Distribution: A winner will be decided by Bajaj basis the lucky draw through a random algorithm on the micro site amongst all entries received based on the purchase information received from the respective participant. Bajaj’s decision shall be considered final. In case of any dispute, Bajaj's decision will be binding to all participants.
9. Multiple Prizes: A dealer is eligible to win only one prize, regardless of the number of coupons submitted.
10. Modification of Rules: Bajaj reserves the right to modify or terminate this contest at any point without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.
11. Purchase Verification: The purchase of Bajaj Almond Drops Hair Oil (Sachet Only) must be validated with a valid invoice or bill from an authorized distributor upon request.
12. Software for Purchase Calculation: Purchase calculations will be based on the Bajaj's designated software system. Dealers should request purchase details from their authorized distributor and ensure accuracy.
13. Additional Terms: Additional terms may apply and will be communicated through official channels.
14. Legal: Bajaj reserves the right to modify/ Change/ Discontinue the activity at any point in time without prior notice. All judicial matter must be in the purview of Mumbai High Court.
15. Game of chance or lottery is illegal in the state of Tamil Nadu. This campaign is not applicable for the state of Tamil Nadu.
16. Employees of Bajaj Consumer Care Limited, promo organizers and their families shall not participate in this contest.
17. Organizer reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any person from the Contest on grounds of: (a) misconduct or criminal record (b) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (c) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (d) acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
18. By participating in the Contest, you give the Organizer permission to use your name for any communication that follows and the rights to post your entries from any of the Organizer’s social handles.
19. The Organizer shall under no circumstances be liable, whether jointly or severally, for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss), including for personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained, as a result of acceptance of opportunity to win a Prize.
